THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BYLAW NO. 2022 G O U N C A Bytaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651", APR 16 1984 The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City. of Port Coquitlam in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: That portion of that certain parrce!l of land situated in Port Coquitlam, Sritish Columbia now zoned A=-1 which is more particularly described as: Lot 26, Section 17, Block 6, North Range 1 East, New Westminster District of a Subdivision Plan in process which said Subdivision Pian was certified correct by Robert M. Reese, B.C.L.S. on September 12th, 1983 consisting of 0.3095 ha. is hereby rezoned from A=1 to CS=2 so that the entirety of the said Lot 26 wit| be zoned CS=2 and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. A copy of the subdivision plan in process referred to in Section 1 of this Bylaw ig attached hereto and made-.a part hereof. : This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1984, No. 2022", . Reese, B.C.L.S. on September 12th, 1983 consisting of 0.3095 ha.; from A~1 to CS=2 so that the entirety of the said Lot 26 will be zoned CS=2; This property is located at the Southeast corner of the intersection of Trenton Street and the Lougheed Highway and upon completion of the rezoning procedures it is expected that the service station now located in that vicinity will expand its operation to encompass the entirety of the said Lot 26.
