TRUST AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT made the day of , 19
between the Fox Family of the City of Port Coquitlam, Province of British

Columbia (Hereinafter called the "settlor") of the first part, and the City
of Port Coquitlam, 3ritish Columbia (herinafter call "The Trustee").

WITNESSES:
WHEREAS the Settlor has assigned, transferred and delivered to the Trustee,

the articles set forth in Schedule "A" attached hereto upon certain trusts.

; NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the covenants herein contained,
other articles which may from time to time be held by the Trustee in lieu
thereof or in addition thereto, shall be held by the Trustee upon the following

trusts:

(1) The Trustee shall hold the said articles at the pleasure of the
Settlor and such trust may be determined at any time by the Settlor or his or

her legal representative.

(2) The Trustee for the duration of the said trust, shall keep in its
sole custody the said articles for the purpose of arranging them for public
display on such terms and conditions as the Trustee shall in its sole discretion

see fit.

(3) ~The Trustee shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the said
articles and it is ‘clearly understood and agreed that it will be .the Trustee's
responsibility to insure and keep insured the said article against all perils.

; IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Settlor and the Trustee have hereunto set
their hands and seals.
