6. The provisions of the "Local Improvement Charge By-law, 1969, No.

912" as amended, shall apply to this By-law with respect to the comautation

of the annual frontage tax.

7. The Collector shall forthwith Prepare a Frontage Tax Assessment
Roll in respect of the hereinbefore described parcels in accordance with
the provisions of the "Municipal Act" and the "Local Improvement Charge
By-law, 1969, No. 912", as amended, which said Assessment Roll shall,

from time to time, be revised by the Collector in accordance with the

provisions of the Municipal Act.

8. . This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the “Westminster Avenue

Pavement and Concrete Curb and Gutter Local Improvement Assessment Bylaw,

1982, No. 1882",

1982.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this First day of February,

1982,
