It was also noted that most veterinary hospitals in the area charge their clients for euthanasia and cremat SPCA disposal facilities, "That a two-rate structure be established for the use of the incinerator for pathological waste disposal with resident commercial users being charged 10¢/lb. and that the rate for non-resident commercial users be set at 15¢/1b." 3.
