COUNT MAY 28 1979 144 1979 Tymo Holdings Ltd. JU 2614 Shaughnessy Street Port Coquitlam, B.C. May , 1979 City of Port Coquitlan 2272 McAllister Avenue Port Coquitlam, B.C. Attention: Mr. L. D. Pollock Dear Sirs: Re: Application for Approval of Licensed Premises at 2614 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C, As President of Tymo Holdings Ltd. I hereby submit on behalf of the Company an application for approval of the use of the premises at 2614 Shaughnessy Street as a Class "C" licensed disco. | The said Company, owned by myself and Moneca Harder, has been since February 1, 1979 operating a teen disco at the said premises. We have found that the cost of maintaining these large premises as a teen disco is uneconomic. The premises are currently approved for 295 persons. The current hours of operation are as follows: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday - closed Wednesday, Thursday - 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday, Saturday - 7 p.m. to 12 a.m. . If we could obtain a Class "C" liquor license we would be prepared to upgrade the premises (e.g. $1,500.00 to $1,800.00 is currently required for heating ; add a bar and redecorate). We proposed to operate with a maximum seating capacity of 225. The hours of operation would be from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m.; however,at first we would propose to be open only Thursday, Friday and Saturday. If the demand warrants, we would later on hope to be open Monday through Saturday. V "CO" Le OTE. Igese It would appear that the present C3 zoning licence Rego lations would allow a disco, . atached, Roof It would also appear that there is adequate re it requested! parking in the vicinity. hol col yt tind vl “no rece! , Cory Cerne “ Page 2 cont...
