The Building Permit Fee payable based on the value of construction set out in Clause (a) of Appendix "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Building and Plunding Code Adninistration By-law, 1974, No. 1298" shall be estimated and paid at the tine of application for building permit. The inspection fee of $800.00 provided in the said Clause (a) of Appendix "A" for each of the 42 self-contained housing units proposed to be constructed under the terms .of this Land Use Contract azounting to a total of $33,600.00 shall be paid to the Municipality prior to registration of the Land Use Contract in the New Westminster Land Registry Office. —~ The Dollar amounts stated in Section 1 of this Schedule are based on the City's Prelicinary Engineering Design and Preliminary Cost Estimates. As a result of Final Engineering Design to be carried out by rhe Developer, quantities, locations, sizes, ete. cight.vary from that determined from the preliminary work and the City does not in any way ensure that actual increased costs resulting from the Final Approved =. Eagineering Design and Tender Call will not occur. Any increased costs over and above the stated bonding amount of $48,680.00 shall' be the tesponsibility of the Developer. .
