Buildings and Structures:

~All buildings and structures on the land herein shall

conform in all respects to the requirements of the M-2
General Industrial Zone pursuant to the "City of Port

Coquitlam Zoning By-1law,. 1969, No. 918" as amended.

SCHEDULE "EB"

Off Street Parking:

Off Street Parking shall be provided in accordanca with

the “City of Port Coquitlam. Zoning By~law, 1969, No. 918".

as amended , and any sections of the said By~law relevant

to the M-2 General Industrial Zone shall appiy to this

‘Contract.

SCHEDULE "FY

Signs:

As permitted by the “City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law,
1969, No. 918" as amended, and in accordance with the pro-
visions of the "City of Port Coquitlam Sign By~law, 1969,

No. 936" as amended, and all provisions therein relating

to signs shall apply to signs herein,
