ZONING SY-LAW

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitian will hold 2 Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Porr Coquitlan
City Hall, 2272 “cAllister Avenue, Port Coguitian, B. C. on Monday, Novenber
6th, 2972 ac 7:39 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-laws to emend
the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-lav, 1969, No. 918":

i. By-law No. 1211: to rezone:

(a) Lor 1 & Lot 11, Block 39, D.L. 232, Plan 2111;

(b) Lot 477, D.L. 232, Plan 39184

from RS-2 (Qne-Fanily Suburban Residential) to RS-1 (One~Family
Residential).

This property is known as 1487 Morrison Avenue, end it is expected
that approximately 5 residential lots will be created following
eompletion ef the rezoning procedures.

Bywlaw No. 1212: to rezene the Westerly 187.97'(£), Lot 393, SW

Section 6, Township 40, Plan 39493 from RS-2 (One~Family Suburban
Residential) to P<l (Civic Institutional).
This property is lecated at 1331 Fraser Avenue and is the site of
the Sirchland Elementary School and the rezoning proposed will bring
the entirety of the school site into conformity with the proper zone
required for use as a school site.

City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at che address given above, between the
hours of 9:60 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. — on working days - fron October 26th, 1972 to
