SUBJECT: Cedar Park Walkway

As requested, I have provided an estimate for the paving of the Cedar Park
walkway as an option to the bridge improvements.

Enclosed, please find two (2) detailed estimates for the: paving work and a map
illustrating the proposed location of the asphaltic surface.

Option 1
_ This work consists of paving 360 m2 of asphalt at a 50 mm thickness, including
-Testoration of the surrounding grass areas disturbed as a result of the work.

roa estimated cost for Option 1 is $6,837.

This option includes all of t the work outlined in Option 1 with the addition of 50 mm of
19 mm minus base gravels and the installation of a black poly membrane to minimize
