the City Engineer, March 12th, 1991 regarding Subdivision - Hidden
Hills Development, Westwood, Fox and Davies.

Seconded by Alderman Wright:

That the City of Port Coquitlam pay for the cost of matertal only,
estimated to cost $2,000, for Oversizing a watermaitn from 150mm diameter to
200mm diameter on Westwood between Davies and Shaftsbury.

That if the City receives a Provincial Cost Sharing Grant for the
watermain in Westwood between Davies and Shaftsbury, the City construct the
watermain and charge the Developer the actual costs minus the amount of the
grant.

And That $2,000 be allocated from the 1991 Water Utility Capital Fund for
the watermain oversizing.

From the City Engineer, March 18th, 1991 regarding CPR Waterline Crossing
Agreement ~ Westwood Street and CPR Tracks.

That His Worship the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to execute the
attached CPR Waterline Crossing Agreement at the Mile 112.80 Cascade
Subdivision (Westwood Street and CPR Tracks).

From the City Clerk, March 13th, 1991 regarding Sale of City Property -
1700 Block Mary Hill Road.

WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

i. Those parts of Lots 98 to 101, inclusive, District Lot 342, Group One,
Plan 2894, New Westminster District, Port Coquitlam, B.C. shown included
within the heavy bold line and identified as area "D" on the plan
accompanying this memorandum be sold by tender if bids acceptable to
Council are received;
