That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a bylaw rezoning
Strata Lot 1, D.L. 464, SPNW 574, PID 001-436-589 and Strata Lot 2, D.L. 464,
SPNW, PID 001-436~ 597 from RT-1 to RM-4

From the Parks and Recreation Director, January 26th, 1988 regarding the
Kinsmen Water Park.

Moved by Alderman Gates:
seconded by Alderman Talbot:

That the City of Port Coquitlam approve, in principle, the theme and
concept plan of the proposed water park at Sun Valley Park.

And that the City of Port Coquitlam waive any fees that would be required
for water or sewer connections.

From the Parks and Recreation Director, January 26th, 1988 regarding
Genstar Park Site #2.

Moved by Alderman Gates:

Seconded by Alderman Talbot:

That the second park site in Citadel Heights be developed as a passive
park to include barbeque area, picnic tables, jogging trail, restroom
facilities, parking area, playground equipment and other landscape features as
agreed upon.

That the double tennis courts be eliminated from the above park site.

And that the monies allocated for the tennis courts be used to develop a
higher standard of grass area, plantings and drainage.
