WHEREAS Section 264 of the "Municipal Act", being Chapter 290 of the Revised
Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, provides that the Annual Budget shall dy

Bylaw be adopted on or before the 15th day of May in each year;

AND WHEREAS the said Annual Budget for the year 1986.is appended hereto i:
Schedule "A" to this Bylaw;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Por
Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: : oe

Schedule "A" to this Bylaw shall be the Annual Budget of The Corporation of The
City of Port Coquitlam for the year 1986. , .

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Annual Budget Bylaw, 1986, No.
2179". ce
