Recommendation:
1. ‘That the full expansion of the Wilson Centre be included in the
Provisional ten year capital works plan.

The Parks & Recreation Committee has also met with members of the
Wilson Centre Advisory Board.» They are pleased that a recommenda-
tion is going forth to proceed with the architectural drawings.
However,. they are concerned that, once the drawings have been |
“completed, these will be shelved and that the start of construction

will be delayed indefinitely.
