Background and Comments: According to residents there have been some close calls with children riding bicycles or running out from the walkway onto Campbell Avenue. The walkway Is obscured by shrubbery and growth on both sides of the chain JInk fence. The purpose of the baffle is to slow down either pedestrians or bileycles which may be emerging from the walkway so that automobiles on the street have time to react. cat Ane ete er i at ee ee F.E.
