conformity with the Provisions of this By-law.

As @ prerequisite to the issuance of a permit under
this section, the applicant shall:

(a) deposit with the City, a sum of money, bond, or
Latter of Credit acceptable to the City
sufficient to pay for the cost of repairing any
damage likely to be done to the highway and as
sufficient security that the obligations imposed
by the permit shall be fulfilled within the time
Specified by such permit; and the amount of each
such deposit shal! be not less than the cost of
repairing such damage as estimated by the
Engineer and with respect to permits for the
crossing of boulevards and the construction of
boulevard crossings shall not be legs than
$500.00 for each such permit;

provide Satisfactory plans of the work to be
undertaken and when Such are supplied and
approved by the Engineer and the necessary permit
issued the work shall conform in every way to the
approved plans and to the Specifications
contained jin the City of Port Coquitian
Subdivision By-law and this bylaw;
