ZONING BYLAW ’ MAY § 1983

The Municipal Councit! of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Counci!
Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port
Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, May 9th, 1983 at 7:30 pem. to
consider the following proposed bylaw to amend the
"City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651's

Bylaw No. 1963: - to rezone:

Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, District Lot 266, Group One, Plan
2423, New Westminster District, from RS-1 to RT-1.

This property. is located at 3172/74 Oxford Street and the
rezoning is being undertaken to bring an existing non= conforming
duplex into comp iiance with zoning regulations.

may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30
