THE CORPORATLON OF THE CLIY OF PORE COQUITLAM NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ; ‘ ZONING BY-LAW \ The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue on Monday, May 12th, 1980 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651". By-law No. 1753: to remove the Zone Designation of M-3 assigned to Lot 109 & 110 and Lots 114 & 115, District Lot 379, Group One, Plan 59041; New Westminster District, and to assign the Zone Designation of M-l. This property comprises a portion of the "Old Huntington Property" located south of Davies Avenue and north of the Canadian Paaific Railway Right-of-Way and is being rezoned in order that a greater variety of industrial uses may be permitted on the property that is the subject of the rezoning. In order to meet the minimum lot size requirements of the M-1 zone it has been proposed that Lots 109 & 110 would be consolidated to form one lot and that Lots 114 & 115 would also be consolidated to form one lot. A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on working days, May lst to May 12th, 1980. All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the proposed by-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing on matters contained in the by-law.
