THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BY-LAW NO, 1744

A By-law to amend the "Traffic Regulation By-law, 1971, No. 1117".
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, ‘enacts as follows:
1. Clause. (a) of Section 8 vf Schedule "A" of the "Traffic Regulation
By-law, No. 1971, No. 1117" is amended by inserting the following in correct
alphabetical order: ’ .

2. Section 10 of Schedule "A" of the By-law is amended by adding the

following thereto as clause (c):

"{c) no vehicle shall at any time be parked on the narrow road on the

‘west side of Shaughnessy Street that runs parallel to and above the underpass route

followed by Shaughnessy Street on its underpass crossing of the C.P.R. right-cf-
way and Kingsway Avenue; said narrow road being located north of the said C.P.R.
right-of-way."

3. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Traffic Regulation

by-law, No. 1971, No. 1117", Amendment By- law, 1979, No. 1744",
