Lot 315, District Lot 466, Plan 51224, N.W.D. The subject property is located immediately north of the existing McDonald's parking area. The proposal would increase McDonald's parking capacity by 63 parking spaces. ‘A Public Information Meeting concerning the subject was held on August 10th, 1977. The entrance to the parking area would be moved north of the existing entrance by approximately 35 feet. It would be directly opposite the existing entrance to Kern's Service Station. Fencing and landscaping would be so as to blend with the existing landscaping. This would include a 6-foot cedar fence along the north property line.
