RECOMMENDATIONS:

Application to convert an existing conforming duplex to
strata title,

Lot 19, Block F, SE%, Section 7, Township 40, Plan 19734,
N.W.D.

The duplex in question is a side by side duplex converted
from a single family house about 3 years ago. This duplex
is located on 3808 Inverness and 835 Essex.

The owner of this duplex presently occupies the unit at
3808 Inverness and we have been advised by the owner that
the unit at 835 Essex will become vacant as the tenants
are returning to Ontario.

This application was dealt with by the Planning and Zoning
Committee on March lst, 1977, and the Committee recommends
that it be approved subject to the usual requirements for
conversion to strata title.
