This was clarified by the Planning Officer to the effect that, in spite of the RS-2 zoning on the property in question, it does not necessarily commit the Land to residential use only. The Planning Officer further said that commercial use had always been considered as a possible option on the subject site in view of its location relative to the Lougheed Highway.
