Alderman Mabbett referted to the unsatisfactory treatment. given by.

the G.V.R.D. in recommending the sum of $5, 000. 0a. be allocated. to. ‘Aimplesent_
a pilot solid vaste recycling, project in Port Coquitlam when. the City: had |
spent. some $25,000.00 in preparation o of its solid waste recycling study as
well as a great, deal of time and effort on the part of the Council and staff.
