Job Description; Reporting to the Terrace & District Community
| Services Society administrator, the program manager will be respon-
| sible for program implementation, administration, development and
marketing. Duties include supervision of staff, liaison with appropriate
government agencies and personnel, and marketing of the program |
and its trainees to the business community and other agencies. The
manager is responsible for proposal preparation, contract negotia-
-| tion, and financial and strategic planning.

Qualifications: Minimum post-secondary degres, or equivalent
work experience in the human services or business administration
fields, or a minimum 5 years business exparience. Strong interper-
sonal, communication and marketing skills. Self motivation with abili-
| ty to motivate others. Computer knowledge strongly preferred. Above
‘all, the ability to be a team player and to think creatively and innova-
tively. Candidate must undergo a criminal record check.
