That the Subdivision Plan of a portion of District Lot 379,
Group One, New Westminster District prepared by Walter E. Frith, B.C.L.S.
and dated October 12th, 1979 wherein a portion of the present main channel

of the Coquitlam River is delineated and returned to the Crown and wherein

the Title to certain adjacent land is perfected and vested in the name of

The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam be approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to
sign the said Plan and such other documents as may be necessary to achieve
the objects of the said Plan on behalf of the City and to affix the

Corporate Seal thereto.

THE SURVEY PLAN REFERRED TO
IN THIS RESOLUTION WILL BE ON

DISPLAY IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBER,
