May 10, 1993/146 A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, BC on Monday, May 10th, 1993, at 7:30 p.m. Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Councillors M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon, J.J. Keryiuk, R.H. Talbot, M.A. Thompson, and M.R. Wright were in attendance. Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, Secretarial Assistant to the City Clerk G. Chubaty, City Treasurer/Deputy Administrator J.G.S. Maitland, City Engineer LR. Zahynacz, Director of Planning C.R. Felip, and Project Engineer M.J. Davies. SP. FP ATION; His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Ms. Janna Taylor, Parks and Recreation Director, who introduced Ms. Anne Titcomb, Provincial Director, BC Recreation and Parks Association. Ms. Titcomb presented His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay with a BC Recreation and Parks Association Environmental Leadership Award. His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Mr. Bram MHoogendoor, Parks Superintendent, and in turn presented him the BCRPA Enviromental Leadership Award for adopting a policy in 1981 prohibiting the use of chemicals on City property.
