From the Financial & InterGovernmental Affairs Committee, May 19th, 1992
regarding Use of Council Chambers for Weddings.

Moved by Alderman Thompson:
Seconded by Alderman Wright:

That the City Council authorize the fee of $186.92 for use of Council
Chambers for the performance of wedding ceremonies.

That City Council approve the draft rules for weddings.

Prior to the question being called on the foregoing resolution:

That the recommendation be amended by adding "for a six month trial
period",

From the City Engineer, May 19, 1992 regarding the proposed GVS&DD Lease ~
McLean Sanitary Sewer Pump Station.

_ That His Worship the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to execute the
attached lease agreement over Lots 1 & 2, BL 'A', DL255, GRP. 1, NWD, Plan
2106 and Lot 23, DL 255, GRP. 1, NWD, Plan 2538 in favour of the Greater
Vancouver Sewerage and Drainage District for purposes of constructing,
operating, and maintaining the McLean Sanitary Sewer >ump Station.
