Development Permit Areas”, "Section 2. Development Permit Area Designation": “2013 McLean/Broadway - Development Permit Area XIII This area is designated as a Development Permit Area for the establishment of objectives and the provision of guidelines for the form and character of light industrial development. Boundaries: North: Center line of McLean Avenue from the west property line of Lot 2, Plan 22343 to center line of Kingsway Avenue and along center line of Kingsway Avenue to center line of Broadway Street. East’ Center line of Broadway Street from center line of Kingsway Avenue to center line of Cameron Avenue. South: Center line of Cameron Avenue from the center line of Broadway Street to the west property line of Lot H, Plan 58961; South property line of Lot C, Plan 58961L not immediately adjacent to Lot D, Plan 58961; south property line of Lot B, Plan 58961; the north property line of Lots 1 to 6, Plan 2106; the south property line of Lot A, Plan 58961; and the south property lines of Lots 2 and 3, Plan 22343. Objectives: The objectives of the Development Permit Area are: (a) To facilitate the orderly development of the area and to encourage coordination of the siting, form, and volume of new industrial buildings and their area for parking, storage and landscaping. To control the interface betweer Industrial Development and Residential Development and/or other land uses in the area, by implementing adequate buffering between the land uses. and regulating the proportion of the Industrial structures.
