Variance Permit No. 26/89 for 2329/37/45/53 Shaughnessy Street.

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of September 5th, 1989 the Voluntary Development Variance Permit
previously issued be amended to relax the Zoning Bylaw requiremexts of

Section 308 (5) and (7), front and rear yard setbacks from 6 metres to 5.7
metres.

From Alderman Gates concerning en article in the "News" referring to
the spraying of fields with pesticides by the School Board. :

That the Mayor send a letter to School District No. 43 encouraging them
not *. use herbicides and pesticide sprays and explain City Council's
