Brown Director of Community Planning RE: PoCo Building Supply Development Variance Permit RECOMMENDATION: That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to circulate notification to surrounding nelghbours that PoCo Building Supply have applied for a4 Voluntary Development Variance Permit. And that City Counci] adopt a resolution passing a Voluntary Development Variance Permit for Lot 24, Del. 463, NWLD Plan 25839, relaxing the requirements of the Zoning Bylaw Section 905, CS=-1 Commercial Zone, Sub Section (5) Side Yards, Clause (a) Flanking Streets from 3 metres to 0 metres. This request is to permit erection of a root over an open plywood storage area. The root ig to be approximately 7 metres above grade and placed approximately 15 metres back from the intersection of Kingsway and Maryhill Road. Due to this setback and height it is felt the roof will not interfere with vision of the intersection. Le We. Brown “
