BYLAW NO. 2239

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquittam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, tn open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Those certain parcels of land situated In Port Coquitiam, British Columbia which
is more particularly described as:

(a) Lot 446
District Lot 466
Group One
Plan 58061
New Westminster District

(b) The portion of road shown closed on the plan attached to and made part of
the "Imperial! Avenue Road Exchange Bylaw, 1986, No. 2195".

are hereby rezoned from RS~1t (Large Lot Residential) to RT-1 (Two Family
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.

2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This By.law may be clted for all purposes as ihe "Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2239",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council! this 2nd day of February, 1987.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council! this 2nd day of February, 1987.

Public Hearing held this 16th day of March, 1987.
