BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS

The above noted Property is one of the five lots that the City
recently had’ for sale and last week the Counci| instructed that
it be kept for sale at the $42,000.00 upset price originally

Four separate offers have since been received and our Solicitor
advises that the Counci! should retender the Property in order
to ensure that the appearance of favouratism in this sale is
avoided.
