be or to have an interest in the Lands or be applied
Or paid Partly in one way and partly in another, or
it may be applied, in the Sole discretion of the
Vendor, in whole or in Part on the purchase price or
any part thereof Whether due or not then due;
provided that the Vendor shall not be bound to insure
the premises nor to see to the Payment of any
Premiums on any policy, nor Shall the Vendor be
liable or responsible for any loss arising out of any
defect in any policy or failure of any insurance

company to pay for any loss thereunder:

the Purchaser shall completely demolish the butiding

presently located on the site (commonly known as the

"Dalkey Bullding") including its foundations;

following engineering works as shown coloured in
red on City drawing no. 209-228 attached as.
Appendix "A" to the satisfaction of the nity

agreement:

1. access roads across a portion of Lot 127,

144. sidewalk on Shaughnessy Street along the

full frontage of Lot 129, D.L, 379, Grp. 1,
Plan 65842, N.wW.p,

Lil. sidewalk on Kingsway Avenue at the North end

of the ramp.
