3) In this case under the revised procedure , the
proposed building addition will be described in
an agreement that will be attached to the
original L.U.C. Bylaw No.1609 by a bylaw.

The proposed amendment to the L.U.C. is to
convert a balcony to a seating area in the pub.
What this entails is.to construct walls,
enclosing the open area and to install required
building improvements for the additional
occupants,

In conelusion, this is a minor amendment and its
approval is being recommended.
