THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BY-LAW NO. 1877

A By-law to prescribe the form of, and the procedure for the issue of,
Development Permits.

WHEREAS, the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651"
provides for the issue of Development Permits;

AND WHEREAS it is desired to prescribe the form of, and. the Procedure for
the issue of, Development Permits;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of

Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. An application for a Development Permit shall be in the form
provided by Schedule "A" of this By-law.
A Development Permit shall be in the form provided by Schedule

"B" of this By-law.

Schedule "A" and Schedule "B" ara attached hereto and make Part of

this By-law.
