A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, bated ie 2 ‘ a 1779, No. 1651", The Municipal Council of The Corporat ton of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: ‘1. ‘The éoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651" is amended by removing the Zone Designation of RS-1 assigned to: {a) South 300! of Block "D" of the West 1/2 of the Northwest Quarter, Section 6, Township 40, Plan 6824 EXCEPT the South 225' thereof; and, (b) Lot 1,’Block D, Northwest Quarter, Section 6, Township 40, Plan 11944; . | and assigning the Zone Designation of RM-4 to the said property. 2. This By-law may be cited for all. purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment By-law, 1981, No. 1828", By-law No. 1828: to rezone (a) South 300' of Block "D" of the West 1/2 of the Northwest Quarter, Section 6, Towship 40, Plan 6824 EXCEPT the South 225" thereof; and, (b) Lot 1,” Block D, Northwest Quarter, Section 6, Township a . 40, Plan 11944, from RS-1 to RM-4, This property is located at 3370/84 Coast Meridian Road and it is expected that following completion of the rezoning procedures 24 townhouse units grouped in four clusters will be constructed on the preperty.
