the frontage requirements of Section 712 (1) of the Municipal Act. Please accept
this memorandum aS a request to place this subdivision before the Municipal Council

with the recommendation that an exemption from the requirements of Section 712 (1)
“be provided as permitted under Section 712 (2), .
