RECOMMENDATION :

1. That this application be approved to proceed for rezoning from RS-1 (Large
Lot Residential) to RS—2 (Small Lot Residential) under Section 963 of the
Municipal Act subject to: . |

a) | Completion of a subdivision design to the satisfaction of the
Municipality; .

b) Completion of the Engineering Department requirements to the
satisfaction of the Municipality; |

‘Completion of the Building Department requirements to the
satisfaction of the Municipality; WO

Registration of a restrictive covenant on the properties to prevent
new buildings from being converted to contain secondary suites. —

BACKGROUND:

‘This application is to rezone the property at 3039 Vincent Street from |
RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) to permit a 2 lot

subdivision. The area is designated as "Residential" in the Official =
