Moved by Alderman Gates: Seconded by Alderman Wright: That the watermain projects for Coast Meridian Road, Laurier Avenue, Devon Road, and Vincent Street, be deferred to 1992 and the Penny Place Booster Pump Station be constructed in 1991 as per attached Appendix No. 1. That Dayton & Knight Ltd. be appointed as the consulting engineers for the remaining design, tender, contract administration, and as-built drawing of the Penny Place Water Booster Pump Station and associated works at their estimated fee for 1991 of $18,800 and an estimated 1992 fee of $22,200. That the Penny Place Water Booster Pump Station replacement be tendered as soon as possible. And That funds for this project in 1991 come 25 percent ($131,500) from the approved Provincial Capital Revenue Sharing Grant and the remainder, $394,500 from the Water Capital Reserve Account.
