BYLAW NO. 2600

_ A Bylaw to amend the. "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: | :

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlan, British Columbia
which is more particularly described aa:

Block "E"

District Lot 4

Township. 39-

Plan 6866

EXCEPT; Part Subdivided by Plan 23560.

are hereby rezoned from CS-1. (Highway Commercial) to CD (Comprehensive
Development) and the zoning Map of the "port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2240" 1s hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. |

Notwithstanding . the permitted uses deseribed under Fart XIl =
Comprehensive Development ‘Zone", the uses permitted within the
aforementined land shall be restricted to those listed in Schedule "I" and
shown in Schedule "IL" which 1s attached hereto and forms part of this”
