THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

NOTICE OF INTENTION

TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to the authority of Section 574 of the
“Municipal Act", being Chapter 290 of the Revised Statutes of British
Columbia, 1979, for the purpose of relocating portions of road shown dedicated
on Plan 17820, in the City of Port Coquitlam. in the Province of British
Columbia, The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam intends to dispose of
the aforesaid portions of road in exchange for a partion of Parcel "1"
(Explanatory Plan 15640) of Lot 8, Plan 17820 of District Lot 4, Township 39,
New Westminster District, shown included within the heavy outline as Parcel D
and having an area of 76.80 m2 on a Reference Plan certified by Robert M.
Reese, British Columbia Land Surveyor, dated the 21st day of November, 1990,
to be established as an addition to the roads in the City of Port Coquitlam.
The portions of road intended to be exchanged are shown hatched on the plan as

Parcel "2" and has a total area of 89.82 m2.

The location of the proposed road exchange is on Woodland Avenue and Lane
North of Kicchener Avenue.

A copy of the proposed Bylaw No. 2554 cited as the "Woodland Avenue Road
Lane Exchange Bylaw , 1990, No. 2554" may now be inspected in the office of
the City Clerk, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. between the
hours of 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on regular working

days.

Any representations with respect to this matter must be received in the
Office of the City Clerk by 12:00 noon, Friday, December 14th, 1990 and will
be considered by the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam at its next regular meeting held after that date which is now
scheduled to be Monday, December 17th, 1990 at 7:30 p.m. at which time Bylaw
No. 2554 will be considered for final reading.
