Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D. Gates, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright in attendance. Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Engineer T.M. Chong, Director of Community Planning W.A. Brown, Parks and Recreation mo Director K.J. Taylor and Secretarial Assistant to the City Clerk S. Rauh. ZONING PUBLIC HEARING: His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaws would now be considered: Bylaw No. 2420 Lot 7 . | District Lot 290 i . Group One oe Plan 13636 New Westminster District from A~l (Agricultural) and RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential). This property is located at 2268 Marshall Avenue and would permit the 7 subdivision of the property. A letter was received from Mr. and Mrs. B. Cox, 2336 Marshall Avenue, Port Coquitlam, opposing the proposed rezoning. The following people spoke in opposition to the proposed bylaw amendment. Mr. P. LaRose, 1972 Shaughnessy Street would like to see the lots remain large as they are now, however if the property is to be rezoned that the RS-1 portion remain the same and the A-1 portion be rezoned to RS—2. Mrs. C. Forrester, 2279 Marshall Avenue would like all the lots remain with 60 foot frontage and would like to see the ditch filled in and curbs on her side of the road.
