8. lf the Lessee shal! hold over and after the expiration of the term hereby
granted and the Lessor shall accept rent, the new tenancy thereby created shall be a
tenancy from month to month and shall be subject tg the covenants and conditions
herein contained, and the rent may be increased by the Lessor and the monthty tenancy
terminated by either party In accord with the laws of the Province of British Columbia

for residential tenancies.

9. Wherever the singular or the masculine are used in this Indenture, the same
shall be deemed to inciude the plural or the feminine, or the body politic oor
corporate; also the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the
respective parties hereto and each of them, (where the context or the parties so

require).
