That the period March 15, 1985 to April 14, 1985 be designated Spring
Burning Month. : . 7

COMMENTS :

With reference to the above noted subject, please place same on the
Council Agenda for Monday February 25th, 1985. Upon such a designation,
‘garden and household refuse may, in residential zones, be burned outdoors
on private property in daylight hours only.
