THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2065

A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitiam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651",

The Municipat! Council of The Corporation of the. City of
Port Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as
follows: .

That certain parcel of tand situated in Port Coquitlam,
British Columbia which Is more particularly described as:

Parcel "A (Reference Plan 308)
Block 22
District Lot 464
. Group One
Plan 1317
Except the North 33 feet
New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RM-2 to RM-4 and the Zoning Map of
the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651"
is hereby amended to refiact this rezoning. °

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposas as the "City of
Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment
Bylaw, 1984, No. 2065".

‘Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 15th day of
October, 1984.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 5th day
of October, 1984. :

Public Hearing held this 5th day of November, 1984.
