West of the Coast Meridian, being all that porticn of Let 244,
Group 1, of the said Township as the said Lot is shown upon a
Map or plan of survey of the North East Quarter of the said
Township approved and confirmed at Ottawa on the 2list day of
June, 1912 by Edouard Deville, Surveyor. General. of Dominion
Lands and more particularly described as follows:

COMMENCING. at the North East corner of said Lot thence Westerly
along the North boundary of the said lot to the South East

shown upon said plan or survey of the North East Quarter of the
said Township thence South Westerly along the said South East:

due South in a straight line to its intersection with the right
