Seconded by Alderman Lakina: That City Council support P.C.A.A.A.3 That P.C.A.A.A. direct all communication to the Council representative of the Parks and Recreation Committee and/or the Recreation Director and should any disagreements occur, then these may be brought to the attention of City Council; That the field allocations and ice allocations as required be under the jurisdiction of the Recreation Department; That the City of Port Coquitlam do not give any group any priority in use of facilities; That the withholding of the city grant to a member sport by P.C.A.A.A. should be done according to their bylaws and constitution; AND THAT member sports of P.C.A.A.A. who may have candidates worthy of civic recognition, should submit these names to P.C.A.A.A., who in turn will submit them to the Recreation Director who will process the application through the Parks and Recreation Committee. Carried. From the City Engineer, November 3rd, 1982 regarding traffic control on the Bailey Bridge replacement of the Red Bridge. Moved by Alderman Wright; Seconded by Alderman Vater: That Lraffic on the single lane Bailey Bridge, replacement of the Red Bridge, be controlled by traffic signals at either end which will alternate the flow of traffic giving precedence to the hiqher volume approach.
