BY-LAW NO. 1470

A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969,
No. 918".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlan, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows;
1. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlan,
being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918"
is amended by removing the Zone Designation of RS~2 (One-Family Suburban
Residential) assigned to the South 330' of Block V, District Lot 255, Grove
One, Plan 4653, New Westminster District and assigning the Zone Designation
of RS-1 (One-Family Residential) to the said property and to the East 16.5" of
Taylor Street from Warwick Avenue to Marshall Avenue.
2, This By-law may be sited for all purposes ‘as the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment Fy~law, 1976, No. 1470",

No. 918".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitian,
being Schedule “A” of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918"
is amended by removing the Zone Designation of RS-2 (One-Family Suburban
Residential) assigned to:

(a) Lots 8 to 25, inclusive, Block D, District Lot 255, Group One

Plan 2106, New Westminster District;

Lots 13 to 23, inclusive, Block I, District Lot 255, Group One,

Plan 2106, New Westminster District;

(c) Lots 20 te 25, inclusive, Block 8, District Lot 255, Group One,

Plan 2137, New Westminster District
and assigning the Zone Designation of RS~1 (One~Family Residential) to the
said property and to that portion of Warwick Avenue and the lane {rmnedtately
North thereof lying East of Brown Street and West of the lane “siruate West of
Ryan Street.
2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment by~law, 1976, No. 1471",
