C. on June 2nd, 1975, at 7:30 p.m. Acting-Mayor Alderman L.M. Traboulay, and Aldermen J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, E.W. Mabbett, P.F. Ranger, and M.A. Thompson in attendance. af ! Wingrove, Planning Officer Lanson Lee, and Mrs. B.M. Aalten. ZONING PUBLIC HEARING: Acting-Mayor Alderman Traboulay advised the meeting the following Zoning Public Hearing By-law proposed to authorize issuance of a Land Use Contract would now be considered: By-law No. 1380: To authorize the Council to enter into a Land Use B/law #1380- Land Use Contract with Ideal Holdings Ltd., 1776 Nanaimo Contract #12 Street, Vancouver, B.C., in the form and to the extent set forth in Land Use Contract No. 12" which is set forth in a Schedule annexed to and made part of the By-law and the said Land Use Contract No. 12 shall extend to and shall regulate the development aud use of lands described as: North 128' Lot 12, Block 4, District Lot 379, Group One, Plan 1213, New Westminster District. The above-noted property is located at 2338 Marpole Avenue and upon its issuance Land Use Contract No. 12 will permit the land, buildings, and structures located or to be located thereat to be used for certain uses permitted in the C-4 (Town Sub-centre Commercial) Zone as set out in Section 4 of the said Land Use Contract No. 12 in order to permit the construction of a mixed Commercial /Apartment building containing approximately 2,128 square feet of Commercial space and 5 ~- 1-bedroom and 5 - 2~bedroom apartment units and various provisions are contained in the said Land Use Contract concerning the size, shape and siting of buildings and structures and various other matters.
