ITEM IL

Re: Traffic and Parking Problems - Orchard Valley Estates

The City Engineer has received a number of complaints and conflicting
recommendations concerning traffic and parking problems around the Orchard
Valley Estates (180 suites) development. The spokesman for the Strata
Council has been requested to submit recommendations from the Strata Council
on behalf of the residents of the apartments. When these have been received
they will, along with suggestions from residents in the area, receive
further Committee consideration.

ITEM IV

Re: Bridge Across Freemont Ditch at Lincoln

As a result of a request from Alderman Traboulay at the regular Council
meeting of May 13th, 1974, the Committee considered the necessity of a
bridge across Freemont Ditch at Lincoln. The Committee questions the
need for such a bridge (or perhaps other type of crossing) but if Council
feels there is a need, the Committee recommends that this item be placed
for consideration in the 1975 Provisional Budget.
