Pert Coquitlsm Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918": ;
i. By-law No. 1196: to rezone Lot 117, North East Quarter Section 6,
Tovaship 40, Plan 28650 from RS-2 (One-Family Suburban Residential) ~
to RS-) (One-Fanily Residential). !
This property {3 located at 1012 Lincola Avenue (approximately seven
Sundred feat west of Cedar Drive) and it is expected that spproximtely
fifty residential lots will be created following coupletion of the
wazening procedures. .
2. By-law No. 1197: to rezone Lots 20 and 21, Block J, Gintviert Let 255,
Plan 2106 from RE-2 (One-Fanily Suburban Residential) to BS~1 (One~Fanily
Residential).
This property is located at 1738 Langan Avenue and it is expected that
@ single family dvelling will be constructed on the property following
| completion of the rezoning procedures and the required consolidation

of the two existing thirty-three fnot lots to create onze building site.

City Clerk, Port Coquitlan City Hall, at the addrese given above, between the
hours of 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ~ on working days - from August 3rd to August 14th, 1972.

by-laws shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearins on

matters contained in the by-laws.
